Античит

Внимание - устанавливается дополнительный античит на сервер, который будет проверять на клиентском уровне - запущены ли чит-проги(вех, впе, чит-аддоны, изменение ДБЦ и mpq файлов, наказание - автокики из игры, а в дальнейшем авто бан на непродолжительный период(1-3 суток)
